Drone Girlz is dedicated to inspiring and empowering young girls to explore the exciting field of drone technology and piloting. Our sponsorship program aims to provide financial support to girls with a passion for aviation, technology, and innovation, giving them the opportunity to pursue their dreams of becoming certified drone pilots.

The sponsorship program covers essential costs, including:

• A high-quality drone for hands-on training and practice.
• Enrollment fees for a comprehensive drone pilot certification course.
• Additional resources such as study materials, flight simulation software, and access to mentorship programs with professional drone pilots.

To qualify for a sponsorship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

1. Age: Girls between the ages of 16 and 24 are eligible.
2. Interest Statement: Submit a written statement (300–500 words) or a creative video (1–2 minutes) explaining why they are passionate about drones, their future goals in drone piloting, and how this program will benefit them.
3. Academic Standing: A minimum GPA of 2.5 or an equivalent demonstration of commitment and responsibility.
4. Community Involvement: Show involvement in school, extracurricular activities, or community initiatives that reflect their determination and leadership.
5. Financial Need: Provide documentation or a brief explanation of financial need.

2. Include your interest statement or video, along with any required supporting documents (e.g., proof of academic standing, financial need, etc.).
3. Submit the completed application.

A panel of Drone Girlz mentors and sponsors will review all applications. Selected participants will be notified via email and provided with detailed instructions on how to proceed with their sponsored drone pilot training.

We invite individuals and organizations to sponsor a young girl and help shape the future of women in technology and aviation. Sponsors can contribute by donating funds for drones and course fees or by volunteering as mentors for participants. Together, we can break barriers and open doors for the next generation of female drone pilots.
